Pedagogical Approaches and the Content of the Classes

Within the framework of the classes organized by the Project, pupils are prompted to participate in learning activities of a creative nature that easily draw their interest. The goal of these activities is to improve of the communication skills of the pupils in written and spoken speech and to enhance their motivation to actively use the Greek language. In these classes, children of a younger or older age:

Learn to share and to cooperate, as the interaction among them within the framework of cooperative-participatory processes is considered to promote learning;

... produce many and various texts individually or in teams, which address issues that are discussed in class and/or topics they come across in the books they examine

produce their own books

And, moreover, utilize the new technologies both to search for information and to produce texts.
